SERVICES IN THE PARKS

PARKING ZONE

The theme park has got a parking for your vehicle and the rates are the following: car from €15, car in the preferential zone of the parking from €18, campervans and trucks from €15 and motorcycles from €4.

In addition, PortAventura Park offer you a pick-up service for electric cars.

What’s more, we work continually to adapt our facilities and make sure the architecture at PortAventura Park is fully accessible, so you can have the best possible time. Inside, you’ll find all the information you need about special rates, season passes, parking and access to the rides without architectural barriers for visitors with disabilities and reduced mobility, and those with certain neurodevelopmental disorders. A maximum of four companions are allowed (one of them must be an adult and fully able to take responsibility for care). You can also enjoy our shows thanks to unobstructed access in the places where the performances take place, accompanied by a maximum of one adult.

 

RENT OF PRAMS/WHEELCHAIRS

For your convenience, PortAventura offers the possibility to hire different types of pushchairs and wheelchairs. You can choose from: single pushchair (€10 + €5 deposit), double pushchair (€15 + €5 deposit), manual wheelchair (€12 + €5 deposit) and electric wheelchair (€40 + €20 deposit). Subject to availability. (Deposit will be refunded provided that the conditions stipulated at the time of hire are met.)

LOCKERS

In PortAventura Park we offer you the possibility of renting a locker for €8. The same service is available In PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park for €8 , as well as the possibility to rent a familiar locker for €11. Subject to availability

 

SPECIAL LOCKERS

So you can enjoy the best attractions of the park in the most comfortable way, PortAventura offers you the possibility to leave your belongings before you get to the ride. Leave your backpack in these special lockers for only €2 and forget the extra weight. You can find them in four different points: Between Shambhala and Dragon Khan, at the entrance of Furius Baco, next to Tutuki Splash and at the access to Silver River Flume. Subject to availability.

 

DAY-CARE CENTRE FOR PETS (Kennels)

If you come with your pet, it will stay in the day-care centre for animals, the price of the service is €8/day. It is indispensable to present the sanitary certificate of your pet.

 

PHOTORIDE / VIDEORIDE

Do you want a souvenir of your trip on the Dragon Khan or a proof that you’ve achieved the highest point of Shambhala? Take your picture home in many different formats: paper, magnets, key chains or also in digital format in convenient USB wristbands. In the attractions with Videoride service you can also buy the DVD of your fantastic trips.

 

DIGIPASS

Download digital copies of your photos! When you buy tickets through our website, you will also have the option to purchase the DigiPass service, which will allow you to download images of the wristband wearer during the day on which it is valid. Simply ask for the photos at the Photorides of the attractions included in the service and download them from the website. More info available during the purchase process!

 

PICK-UP SERVICE

Make your purchases without worrying about carrying it. We will drop all stuff you've bought in the shops of the park at El Laboratorio - La Casa del Retrat, in Plaza Mediterrània, totally free, so you can pick it up when leaving the park.
