Who manages the transport + hotel + tickets package?
The transport + hotel + tickets package for PortAventura World is managed by Logitravel.
Logitravel is a member of ABTA, membership number P6643. Obliged to maintain a high standard of service and following ABTA’s Code of Conduct. Offering ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.What is included in a transport + hotel + tickets package?
The packages include:
• Transport to and from Spain with Logitravel. You can choose to travel by plane or train.
• Stay in one of our hotels with all their usual benefits.
• Round-trip transfer from the airport or station to the hotel (available at an additional cost).
• Interest-free installment payments.
• 24-hour customer service.
• ABTA agencyHow will I receive my travel documents?
Once you have completed the payment, Logitravel will send you your booking confirmation via email. The final travel documents will be sent to you between 10 and 15 days before departure. Remember to print them out and take them with you on your trip.
If you are traveling by plane:
Most airlines use electronic tickets. You can obtain your boarding pass by checking in online on the airline’s website or directly at the airline’s counter.
We recommend reviewing your airline's check-in policies. Some require online check-in in advance to avoid extra charges at the airport.What extra services can I add to my package?
You can easily add extra services during the booking process. Complete your reservation by adding:
• Transfers from the airport or train station
• Car rental
• Travel insurance
• Seat reservations
• Extra luggage

Yes, any booking modification or cancellation must be requested through the Logitravel team. Please note that some hotel and transport rates are restrictive or non-refundable.

Any change or modification requested after the booking process has started will incur a management fee and may be subject to fare changes and new availability.
Fees:
• For changes such as date changes, adding/removing passengers, or cancelling some services, a €35 management fee per booking will apply, in addition to any costs resulting from the change.
• For other changes (e.g., hotel changes, room type or meal plan changes, adding luggage, seat selection, etc.), a €15 management fee per booking will apply, plus any change-related costs.How can I contact Logitravel?

You can pay for your booking using the following methods:

The entire booking process takes place in a secure environment.The payment schedule depends on the product and how far in advance you book. You’ll see the payment deadlines at the end of the booking process.What is Flexible Payment?
Flexible Payment is a payment option offered by Logitravel. With this interest-free option, you can pay only part of your trip at the time of booking and the rest as your travel date approaches.
To use this option, book your Flight + Hotel package at least 20 days before your trip. During the payment process, if you choose the Deferred Payment option, you'll see the amount of the first installment and a breakdown of the remaining payments, with deadlines and amounts – all interest-free.
You'll receive reminder emails before each payment deadline. You can make payments at any time via the "My Bookings" section.
You can also pay off the full amount early at any time from the same section.Is there a minimum amount or restriction to use Flexipay?
No, it's available regardless of your booking amount, destination, or number of travelers. You can book your package by paying only a part of the total cost.
What happens if the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline?We reserve the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees as stated in our Terms and Conditions.How are the payments for my booking broken down?
• If you book more than 65 days before your trip, you will pay a first installment (shown during booking), and the remaining amount will be split into two payments. The full amount must be paid 30 days before departure.
• If you book between 20 and 65 days before your trip, you will pay a first installment, and the rest in a second payment between 15 and 30 days before departure.How can I receive the weekly newsletter with offers?

Transfers:
First, check your booking and travel documents to confirm you have this service included.Your driver will usually be waiting for you in the arrivals hall after you’ve collected your luggage.
Make sure to follow the instructions provided in the “Remarks” section of your transfer voucher to locate your transport provider.
Car rental:
If you booked a car rental, you’ll find all related information in the voucher sent by Logitravel along with your travel documents.Review the service voucher for details such as meeting point, contact number, and operating hours.
