PortAventura World wishes to inform that the competent health authorities have adopted exceptional measures for the purposes of containing COVID-19, which means that we are obliged to delay opening. We will open when permitted by the health authorities.
PortAventura World will follow all instructions and recommendations resulting from these measures and take the maximum precautions in coordination with the health authorities. For PortAventura World, the health and safety of all our clients, employees and partners is our absolute priority.
PortAventura World is careful to cater for visitors with food allergies and intolerances. From identifying allergens present in our ingredients to the correct handling of these in preparing our dishes, we adapt to different needs so that the whole family can safely enjoy eating in our restaurants.
In order to make dining at PortAventura as easy as possible for visitors with allergies and food intolerances, we have prepared a guide in which you will find all the information on how we manage allergies and intolerances, as well as a list of the restaurants and snack bars in which specific products are provided.
If you are visiting PortAventura Park and require food adapted to your allergies, please complete the attached form and e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org; in this way you can book at one of our restaurants providing the information required to prepare the dishes to your needs.
If you are staying at one of our hotels, please indicate your allergy or intolerance at the time of booking and we will send you a specific hotel form to fill in.
If you need to bring your own food, download and complete the form below and hand it to Guest Services to facilitate the entry of food into our premises. We wish to remind you that in order to allow entry of any special food product, the form must be accompanied by a medical certificate specifying the food allergy or intolerance.
