We answer any questions you have about our hotels

• When can I check in and check out?

  Your room will be available from 3:00 pm once check-in has been completed. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. 

• Can I check in online?

  You can save time by checking in online through our website (www.portaventuraworld.com/en). You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to do this. You can do this as long as there are less than five days to go before your arrival date, and 24 hours have passed since you made the reservation. 
  
  You must register all guests over the age of 13 years old (check-in is not required for children aged 12 and under) and settle the outstanding balance by card payment.

• Where can I park my vehicle?

  We have underground parking, which is paid for directly and subject to availability at the time of your arrival.
  
  Price is approximately €12/day and may change without prior notice. Advance booking is not possible.

• Where can get my tickets?

  If your booking is confirmed as HOTEL WITH TICKETS, at check-in you will receive all the tickets included per person and stay:
  

  • 1 x 1-day ticket to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land (on the same day), provided that the parks are open (stays of 1 or 2 nights).
  • 1 x 2 days, 2 park ticket (1 same-day access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land + 1-day access to PortAventura Park), provided that the parks are open (stays of 3 or more nights).

  If your reservation is confirmed WITHOUT TICKETS, you can purchase them upon arrival, at the hotel reception with promotional rates, depending on availability.

• What is included in each board basis?

  • Accommodation only: no meals included.
  • Bed and breakfast: includes breakfast buffet at the hotel. Price is approximately €12.*
  • Half-board: includes breakfast and evening meal menu in the hotel. Drinks are paid for directly. Price is approximately €18.*

  To benefit from the best price, we recommend that you book your stay with your preferred board basis. 

• Can you tell me about the hotel facilities?

  The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, available for use between late April and mid-October. Opening hours may vary depending on the hotel's operations and opening dates; however, in general, pools are open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. 
  
  The hotel has an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub, subject to an additional payment. Price is approximately €6* per person/day.

• Is there any entertainment?

  The hotel doesn’t offer an entertainment programme.

• Where is Ponient Vila Centric located?

  In the town of Vila-seca, on the Costa Dorada. 2 minutes away from PortAventura World and only a few kilometres from the beaches of Salou and La Pineda. The hotel is excellently located, just 10 minutes from Reus airport and 1 hour from Barcelona airport.

• How can I get to Ponient Vila Centric from the station or airport?

  The hotel offers a free shuttle service to PortAventura World, during high season.
