We answer any questions you have about our affiliated hotels.

• When can I check in and check out?

  Your room will be available from 3:00 pm once check-in has been completed. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. 

• Can I check in online?

  Yes. You can save time by checking in online through our website (www.portaventuraworld.com/en). You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to do this. You can do this as long as there are less than five days to go before your arrival date, and 24 hours have passed since you made the reservation. 
  
  You must register all guests over the age of 13 years old (check-in is not required for children aged 12 and under) and settle the outstanding balance by card payment.

• Where can I park my vehicle?

  We have underground parking, which is paid for directly and subject to availability at the time of your arrival.
  
  Price is approximately €19/day and may change without prior notice. Advance booking is not possible.

• Where can I buy my tickets?

  If your booking is confirmed as HOTEL WITH TICKETS, at check-in you will receive all the tickets included per person and stay:
  

  • 1 x 1-day ticket to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land (on the same day), provided that the parks are open (stays of 1 or 2 nights).
  • 1 x 2 days, 2 park ticket (1 same-day access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land + 1-day access to PortAventura Park), provided that the parks are open (stays of 3 or more nights).

  If your reservation is confirmed WITHOUT TICKETS, you can purchase them upon arrival, at the hotel reception with discounts of up to 50%, depending on availability. Ask for information upon arrival.

• What is included in each board basis?

  • Accommodation only: no meals included.
  • Bed and breakfast: includes breakfast buffet at the hotel between 8:00 am and 10:30 am.*
  • Half-board: includes breakfast and evening meal buffet in the hotel. Drinks are paid for directly. Price of the evening meal is approximately €20* from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.*
  • All-inclusive: includes breakfast, lunch, and evening meal buffet at the hotel, with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine).
  • Lunch: from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.*
  • Selection of drinks and sandwiches between 10:30 am and 11:00 pm at the pool bar and the night show bar.

• Is entertainment available at Ponient Hotels?

  Ponient Pirámide Salou and Ponient Dorada Palace offer entertainment throughout the day and have a MINI CLUB for the little ones and a night show. 

• Where are all the different Ponient Hotels located?

  Ponient Pirámide Salou and Ponient Dorada Palace are located in the centre of Salou, 600 m and 800 m from Salou beach respectively, and just 1.5 kilometres from PortAventura World. Only 13 minutes from Reus airport and 1 h from Barcelona airport.
  
  Ponient Vila Centric is located in the town of Vila-seca, on the Costa Dorada. Located just 2 minutes from PortAventura World and a few kilometres from the main Costa Dorada beaches. The hotel is 10 minutes from Reus airport and 1 h from Barcelona airport.

• How can I get to Ponient Hotels from the station or airport?

  The hotels offer a free shuttle service to PortAventura World. In high season.
