The resort offers a variety of services for visitors with special needs: from reduced ticket prices to architectural features so that they can fully enjoy PortAventura World.

Ticket purchases and information:

It will be necessary to provide official certification of a minimum disability of 33% at the time of collection. The Guest Service Office for visitors with special needs has all the information that you need to organise your visit.

What’s more, we work continually to adapt our facilities and make sure the architecture at PortAventura Park is fully accessible, so you can have the best possible time. Inside, you’ll find all the information you need about special rates, season passes, parking and access to the rides without architectural barriers for visitors with disabilities or reduced mobility, and those with certain neurodevelopmental disorders. A maximum of four companions are allowed (one of them must be an adult and fully able to take responsibility for care). You can also enjoy our shows thanks to unobstructed access in the places where the performances take place, accompanied by a maximum of one adult. Find all the detailed information here.
