• When can I check in and check out?

  Your room will be available from 3:00 pm once check-in has been completed. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. 

• Can I check in online?

  You can save time by checking in online through our website (www.portaventuraworld.com/en). You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to do this. You can do this as long as there are less than five days to go before your arrival date, and 24 hours have passed since you made the reservation.
  
  You must register all guests over the age of 13 years old (check-in is not required for children aged 12 and under) and settle the outstanding balance by card payment.

• Where can I park my vehicle?

  We have underground parking, which is paid for directly and subject to availability at the time of your arrival.
  
  Price is approximately €19/day and may change without prior notice. Advance booking is not possible.

• Where can I get my tickets?

  If your booking is confirmed as HOTEL WITH TICKETS, at check-in you will receive all the tickets included per person and stay:
  

  • 1 x 1-day ticket to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land (on the same day), provided that the parks are open (stays of 1 or 2 nights).
  • 1 x 2 days, 2 park tickets (1 same-day access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land + 1-day access to PortAventura Park), provided that the parks are open (stays of 3 or more nights).

  If your reservation is confirmed WITHOUT TICKETS, you can purchase them upon arrival, at the hotel reception with discounts of up to 50%, depending on availability. Ask for information upon arrival.

• What is included in each board basis?

  • Bed and breakfast: includes breakfast buffet at the hotel between 8:00 am and 10:30 am.*
  • Half-board: includes breakfast and evening meal buffet in the hotel. Drinks are paid for directly. Price of the evening meal is approximately €19* from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.*
  • All-inclusive: includes breakfast, lunch, and evening meal buffet at the hotel, with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine).
  • Lunch: from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.*
  • Selection of drinks and sandwiches: between 10:30 am and 11:00 pm at the pool bar and the night show bar.

  To benefit from the best price, we recommend that you book your stay with your preferred meal option. 

• Can you tell me about the hotel facilities?

  The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. Opening hours may vary depending on the hotel's operations and opening dates; however, in general, pools are open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. 
  
  A pool towels rental service is available. Price is approximately €2* with a deposit of €15.

• Is there any entertainment?

  The hotel offers entertainment throughout the day, a MINI CLUB for the little ones, and a night show

• Where is it located?

  Located in the centre of Salou, just 800 metres from the beach and only 1.5 kilometres from PortAventura World.Only 12 minutes from Reus airport and 1 h from Barcelona airport.

• How can I get to Ponient Dorada Palace from the station or airport?

  The hotel offers a free shuttle service to PortAventura World, during high season.
