Consult the special COVID-19 measures in place here
In order to protect the health of our clients and employees, the company has implemented all safety, physical distancing, and hygiene measures stipulated by the authorities and certified by external auditors. This also includes PROCICAT's recent approval of the sector plan for theme and amusement parks. Within this framework, PortAventura World has received recognition through the “Safe Travels” initiative, the first global stamp on safety and hygiene for travel and tourism.
With an investment of more than 5 million euros, the resort has all the necessary safety measures in place to combat the spread of COVID-19, including limited capacity within the parks, the obligation to wear a mask and respect for the minimum safe distance.
PortAventura World would like to inform visitors of the special measures in relation to COVID-19 that it will adopt on a temporary and exceptional basis. These may be modified at any time in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the competent health authorities.
We aim to comply with all public health regulations and recommendations.
Visitors will only be able to access the PortAventura World facilities if, at the time of the visit, they are not self-isolating at home, do not present symptoms, or are not in a quarantine period. Consequently, by accessing the PortAventura World facilities, visitors are confirming that they are in a position to do so.
If you already have a ticket, or an Annual Pass, check the new terms and conditions for these products.
You can buy your tickets on the PortAventura World website, at the ticket booths or by calling the customer service phone number.
Comply with the mandatory use of face masks throughout the resort. Visitors over 6 years old must wear a mask. This obligation will be understood as fulfilled through the use of any type of mask, preferably hygienic or surgical, that covers the nose and mouth.
It will not be enforced in the following cases:
a) People who present some type of respiratory difficulty that may be aggravated by the use of a mask.
b) People in whom the use of a mask is contraindicated for duly justified health reasons or who, due to their disability or dependency, present behavioural changes that make their use unfeasible.
c) Development of activities in which, by their very nature, the use of the mask is incompatible.
d) Cause of force majeure or situations of necessity.
PortAventura World reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the aforementioned special measures in relation to COVID-19.
We would also like to inform visitors that our COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocol can be consulted at the Guest Service Office.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and compliance with the special measures mentioned and with any instructions that may be verbally given by the PortAventura World staff.
