✔ Who?

This service is available to anyone who has a booking with us at one of the following hotels: PortAventura, El Paso, Gold River, Caribe or Colorado Creek. Check in via our website! If your booking is at Hotel Mansión de Lucy, your check-in will be face-to-face and personalised.

✔ When?

You can check-in  from 5 days before the arrival date. If the booking is made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date, you will need to wait 24 hours before checking in. We recommend checking in 3-5 days before arrival just in case any changes are necessary after making the reservation.

 

✔ What are the advantages of online check-in?

It speeds ​​up the entire registration process! You don’t have to check-in at reception! You can enjoy your arrival in PortAventura World with all the necessary information, such as maps and times, on your mobile device, and collect your tickets from an exclusive area for this service. ✔ How does the check-in work?

STEP 1: Select the hotel for which you have made the reservation and complete the information on the form:

  • Name and surname of the lead booker and of all accompanying adults (over the age of 13 years old).
  • National ID or passport, with issue date, of the lead booker and all companions over the age of 14 years old. It is not necessary to register guests under the age of 14. 
  • Date of birth of the lead booker and all companions.
  • Nationality and country of residence, of the lead booker and all companions over the age of 14 years old.
  • Telephone and city/town of residence of the lead booker.
  • Postcode of the lead booker and all companions over the age of 14 years old.

The process will be much faster if you scan or attach a photo of the identity documents so that the data is filled in automatically.

STEP 2: Pay any outstanding amounts. These include the tourist tax and any remaining balance for the reservation. You will not have to pay anything at the hotel, except for any additional services that are contracted when you are actually at the hotel

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email of the reservation and all the necessary information for your stay: hotel map and schedules, map of the parks, etc.

 

✔ If I check in online, what should I do when I arrive at the hotel?

On the day of your arrival, you can park for free at the resort hotels (except at the Hotel Vila Centric and the Hotel Pirámide Salou) and go to the designated reception for online check-in. You must present the National ID cards or passports of the guests and sign the accommodation contract to gain access to the parks, as well as the rest of the contracted services. You can leave your belongings in the left-luggage offices and go straight to the parks to start enjoying your PortAventura World experience.
