PortAventura World will reopen its doors on 27 March 2021
Shambhala represents the legend of paradise lost among the endless mountains of the Himalayas. In the China area of PortAventura Park, there is another Eastern area that we recognise as Tibet. Buddha statues, arches and snow give us some clues of what awaits us.
An impressive roller coaster made up of immense twists, turns and descents, here stands the mighty Shambhala. A great mountain with a steep descent from 76 metres high. The views from up there are breath-taking! Feel the adrenaline from the very top of PortAventura World. From the peak you can even see the sea on the horizon.
When we add a maximum speed of 135 km/h to the colossal form of the Shambhala route, the result is a most promising attraction. This trip is only for the most reckless adrenaline addicts. Are you brave enough to venture into the heart of the Himalayas?
